For hygiene reasons we can't accept returns on earrings but if you have any problems with your purchace please get in touch and we will do our best to sort it out.  Necklaces can be exchanged within 14 days as long as they are returned to us in their original state.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. Please contact us before sending.  If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Products in stock are usually dispatched with 48 hours of the order being placed.  Please get in touch if you need something sooner and we will do our best to get it dispatched more quickly.

Postage is with Royal Mail either First or Second Class and orders are sent in plastic free, recyclable packaging.
